- The rates displayed on the site are valid only on the day they are quoted.
- Rates apply specifically to the requested service; otherwise, rates may vary.
- A reservation is considered complete when you have a confirmation number and the corresponding charge has been applied.
- By booking, you authorize us in writing and/or verbally to use your credit card for payment and confirm your understanding and acceptance of our reservation, payment, and cancellation policies.
- All reservations are subject to availability on the date your request is processed. Availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment for the service is received.
- To avoid delays, you must print your payment authorization receipt and present it when using the service for which you authorized the transaction.

We strongly recommend that you carefully read our cancellation policies. Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability and possible rate changes.
Changes to departures (hotel-to-airport service, hotel-to-hotel service) can only be made free of charge if requested 24 hours before your pick-up time and during Customer Service Hours from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Payment Policies
The total amount of your reservation will be charged immediately to your credit card and will appear on your statement.
To pay for your reservation, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. If you do not have one of these credit cards, you can send us a bank transfer or pay by bank deposit. The rates published on our website are in US dollars, which are duly specified at the time of purchase.
Dollars may be charged in Mexican pesos, and this amount may vary depending on your banking institution's exchange rate.
In the case of another currency, the transaction amount will be converted to US dollars at the exchange rate maintained by the cardholder's local bank on the day of the transaction. Please note that the amount shown on your credit card payment receipt may vary up to three percent due to international currency exchange rate fluctuations.
Our company, BestTransfers, is not responsible for these fluctuations.
By accepting these policies, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the exchange rate fluctuations and agree to the corresponding charges in US dollars or Mexican pesos.
Disclaimer of Liability
Our company, BestTransfers, acts as an intermediary between the client and the supplier of goods and services advertised on the smartgotravel.com website. This company conducts business negotiations within its own standards of quality and service, such as, but not limited to, ground transportation and other tourism-related activities, such as tours and excursions, choosing only the most qualified and prestigious providers in the market.
Despite this, BestTransfers cannot assume any responsibility toward those who purchase services on its website for the acts or omissions of the suppliers advertised here, as it has no control over their legal or personal relationship, equipment, operation, or ownership. BestTransfers declares that:
- The photos of the vehicles shown on its website are representative only and do not guarantee an accurate representation upon arrival.
- The descriptions of travel services are updated to the best of our knowledge, but do not guarantee that everything will be exactly the same upon arrival.
- Smartgotravel.com reserves the right to refuse any client at any time.
- Any claims or written notices against smartgotravel.com must be received no later than ten (10) days after returning from said trip.
- BestTransfers is not responsible for any claims, costs, or expenses incurred due to personal injury or third party damage, accidents or death, loss or damage to personal property, loss of enjoyment, anger, disappointment, distress, or frustration, whether mental or physical, resulting from the following:
- The acts or omissions of any person other than BestTransfers or its employees.
- Illness, theft, forgotten items, labor disputes, mechanical failures, quarantine, government actions, weather, excessive vehicular traffic resulting from maintenance work, road repairs, vehicle accidents, or any other accident or cause beyond BestTransfers's direct control.
- The customer's failure to obtain the required documentation for their trip, such as, but not limited to, passports, visas, and certificates, in which case you are not entitled to any refund.
- If the client fails to follow instructions, including, but not limited to, airport departure times, hotel check-in and check-out times and dates, coupon redemption policies, or specific meeting point instructions at airport terminals.
- Cancellation or change of services offered for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel or change services at our discretion; we will try to replace them with similar services. If we have to completely cancel your reservation, BestTransfers liability is limited to the return of all monies paid to us and not to the cost of a third party.
- A full refund will not be possible in situations where the trip has to be canceled, interrupted, and/or postponed by BestTransfers for reasons beyond its control (beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, weather, hurricanes, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, etc.) and where BestTransfers's contractual obligations with its suppliers do not allow for a refund of the amount paid or payable to the supplier on behalf of the client. In any case, BestTransfers may, at its discretion, retain 100% of the total amount paid for administrative expenses.
- Despite maintaining close communication with the BestTransfersl suppliers listed here, there is a possibility that some prices may have expired or that suppliers may incorrectly provide the rates used in our database. Despite this, BestTransfers takes the precaution of verifying the rates applied to each reservation. If the correct price is lower than the quoted amount, BestTransfers applies the lower amount. If the correct price is higher than the quoted amount, your assigned Travel Agent will contact you promptly with information about the correct amount. By registering the cancellation of a reservation due to disagreement with the price increase, you expressly waive BestTransfers and its suppliers from any liability or compensation for inconvenience caused by such cancellation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing by email to our Customer Service Department, mentioning your reservation number.
To cancel your reservation, please contact the Customer Service Department at bookings@besttransfers.com with your reservation number and the reason for the cancellation.
- If you purchased the Golden Fare, you are only eligible for an open credit if you cancel 24 hours in advance (Valid for 12 months after the date of the cancellation); otherwise, you will be considered a no-show.
- If you purchased the Platinum Fare, you can obtain a full refund by canceling at least 24 hours before the service.
- Services purchased at the airport are non-refundable.
- In the case of a no-show, no refund will apply.
Billing Policies

- A legible photo of the coupon.
- If the service was paid for by card, please specify the type (Credit, Debit) and attach proof of payment.
- Proof of tax payer ID in PDF format.
Or, if you prefer, please call the following number: +52 1 990 401 0088. It is important that you request your invoice within the month in which the service was provided. If you do not send all the information, we will NOT be able to issue your invoice.
Terms Modifications
BestTransfers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms.
